Do you charge per project or per seat?

Are external stakeholders charged?
Never. Owners, developers, architects, and construction managers receive reports via magic link with no account or paywall. Stakeholder access is free forever.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans prorate the difference; monthly plans take effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I have more than 75 active projects?
We work with mid-market GCs running portfolios of 100+ projects. Reach out and we’ll size an Enterprise plan based on your real project count and field-team structure.
Is there a free trial?
No self-serve trial. The founder onboards every customer personally with a 20-minute walkthrough, then activates your account on the plan that fits. First invoice goes out at account activation.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access to all historical reports for the remainder of your billing period. We’ll provide a full export of reports, constraints, and photos on request before access ends.
